Clean & Lubricate Speedometer Cable – CB450SC Motorcycle

I cleaned and lubricated the speedo cable of my Honda Nighthawk CB450SC because the speedometer needle was bouncing ever since I bought it. I thought it would solve the issue, however, it was still bouncing after I thoroughly cleaned it.
